The vision of 2 Birds is both impressive and exciting in the way in which it creates growing streams of film revenues film by film. My focus is to bring a range of complementary management and leadership skills and experiences to shape and deliver the 2 Birds Business Plan. I bring a clear focus on governance and financial disciplines whilst trusting the team to achieve their creative goals. In addition the 2 Birds plan depends on strong marketing and channel management.

Working in the film industry on all stages of production - pre, shooting and post - and with remarkable writers, directors and producers such as Bruce Robinson (Withnail and I, The Killing Fields), Frank Oz and the writer Jerry Juhl (The Muppet Christmas Carol), Steven Spielberg (Empire of the Sun), and Richard Attenborough (Cry Freedom), has not only given me a solid production knowledge base, but also enabled me to understand how to shape, sharpen and accomplish production ready scripts.
